UPDATE: The day after I posted my review, I took my car to be smogged. When the attendant handed me back my keys he asked what year was my car. I said “2017”. He said “It was so CLEAN, I thought it was new!”.

I scheduled a Level 1 Detail for my Tesla Model 3. Ethan was on time and professional. He asked questions up front and got everything he needed to be successful right away. After that I didn’t even know he was there. He used our hose spigot and outlet, but also said if we didn’t have one or didn’t want to offer it he would use a generator. He was well prepared and knew how to work with the current ceramic coat of my car. For $65 my car looks incredible and it took about 90min.

Ethan’s a stand-up guy and he pays crazy attention to the details. I did the full detail and wax once, and I really liked how it came out—the car was so easy to maintain after. I called him back for a 3-year ceramic coat and it is ridiculous how slick the paint on my car is. It’s so easy to maintain; the car got rained on three days later, but you wouldn’t even know it because the water just falls right off.

Ethan did an amazing job. I bought this POS van from an auction. I don’t know what happened in there but all I know is that it was gross, messy, and it smelled. Ethan took care of all of that and found the source of the smell. It was MOLD. Now when I grab the steering wheel it doesn’t feel like an old lollipop. I’ve hired Ethan for a few jobs now, including a deep steam cleaning of my vehicle after a massive spill. He painstakingly and meticulously tackled every nook and cranny of my car, and by the end of the session it was like brand new! For a separate job he did a full hand wash/interior detailing of my vehicle, and by the end if was looking like brand new. Ethan is excellent at what he does. On time, well prepared, communicated well, did excellent work, price was very reasonable. On top of all that Ethan is a young guy that started this business on his own and owns every aspect of what he does. You don’t get better than that folks. Ethan went above and beyond to try and fix what appears to be a heavy case of oxidization on my trunk, spending almost an hour testing ateas and trying to lift it, and that was BEFORE he even started cleaning the car. When he was done he had not only cleaned the wheels, he was able to get some gunk off of one that had been there for at least 10 years. I was shocked! While he wasn’t able to correct my oxidizing issue, I have a difficult case, and I have no doubt he would be able to correct it had this been a few months earlier. The car looks great otherwise. Ethan works hard and seems to really enjoy what he does, and he’s knowledgeable. I look forward to using him many more times in the future!!
